In 2017, Kim Long’s board director decided to research and apply BIM Model in project organizing and management. With BIM technology, the project is managed in 3D space, creating a higher efficiency in the process of design, execution, and operation. Investors, along with our team can participate in the design and analysis process of the project's key utilities with a more detailed and specific visualization through a 3D model before proceeding with construction.
